DSS Tenancy Fit Out, 43 Smith Street
Mechanical services engineering review, design coordination and installation of the supplementary HVAC mechanical services for the DSS tenancy fit out on Level 1. The project involved working closely with the Facility Managers to review the proposed design and provide an effective mechanical services design solution that considered the limited area within the roof space due to the existing base building ductwork and other services. We supplied and installed the new supplementary plant including ducted systems, ducted and wall mounted split systems, air diffusion, pipework, ductwork, and other associated mechanical equipment; coordinating the works with various trades to meet tight project deadlines.
